Planning permission has once again been refused for the re-development of the old Debenhams in Staines.

Spelthorne Borough Council originally denied the planning application last June.

It included the demolition of the former store and redevelopment of the site to provide two 15 storey residential towers.

An inspector has now once again refused the plans on appeal.
