A Full Closure Order followed residents’ concerns and evidence gathered by Surrey Police.
The order bans everyone, including the tenant, from entering the property, with anyone who breaches it potentially facing arrest.
Police say they’ll continue tackling anti-social behaviour across Epsom and Ewell and are urging residents to report any concerns.
