The Gloucester lock has joined the Twickenham club this week and will provide cover across second-row following injuries to Stephan Lewies and Dino Lamb.
The Hartpury College graduate has represented England at youth level and has five Premiership appearances for Gloucester this season.
Clark will be available for selection for the Gallagher Premiership match against Leicester Tigers next Friday.
