Chelsea manager Emma Hayes says English football’s yet to fully address the lack of women’s coaches in the game.

The majority of bosses in the top flight WSL are men.

Hayes is widely regarded as England’s top female coach, but she’ll soon leave to take charge of the USA women’s team.

She says football needs to be more diverse in general.
