Today marks a year since a headteacher and her daughter were found dead in the grounds of Epsom College.

45 year old Emma Pattison died alongside seven-year-old Lettie at their home.

Mrs Pattison’s husband, George Pattison, is believed to have shot them at their home before killing himself.

The school has posted a picture of a sunlit tree on X with the message, “always in our thoughts, never more so than today”.

A number of private and reflective memorials have also been held over recent days for staff and pupils.
