A Metropolitan Police officer is due to appear in court on Tuesday after being charged with engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged 13 to 15.

28 year old PC Benjamin Jackson is charged with seven counts of engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged 13 to 15 and one count of causing/inciting a girl aged 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity.

He was bailed to appear at Guildford Magistrates’ Court.
