The mark of excellence proves an organisation actively supports employees experiencing menopause in the workplace.
Battersea says the accreditation reflects several years of work to embed menopause support into everyday life at the charity.
It was assessed by an independent panel and had to demonstrate evidence of how it is menopause friendly in five key areas.
