Nathan Littlefield was arrested on the 5th October on the High Street and was caught with a set of pliers and an adjustable spanner.
Officers identified Nathan committed 13 thefts of bikes and was further arrested for Going Equipped to steal.
He pled guilty to 13 pedal cycle thefts and one count of going equipped and has been jailed for one year.
