Police were called to Ashmore Road last month after reports of a disturbance.
The victim, Malakai Ferguson-Ramson, was found with a stab wound and later died at the scene.
A 21-year-old suspect has been charged with murder.
A second man, aged 42, has also been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder and has been bailed.
