A former Epsom schoolboy says he’s completed a “brutal” challenge of flipping over a 16 stone tractor tyre non-stop for 24 hours.

James Farmer is aiming to raise around £20,000 for a new sports pavilion at Glyn School.

The former pupil-turned-fitness instructor started the challenge at midday yesterday continuing through the wet and windy night.

He is now waiting for verification from Guinness World Records.
