Phase 2 of the Cambridge Estate regeneration can go ahead in Kingston after planning permission was granted for it.

The plan is to deliver 383 new homes including 94 for council rent as part of this round of development.

Around135 households have moved into their new homes as part of the regeneration which began in spring 2023.

1,300 homes are still left to be provided across remaining phases of the scheme.
