The Cobham and Weybridge Centres have shut their doors in a decision the authority says is difficult.
The Molesey, Hersham and Claygate centres will also be closed for one day each next week.
Clients on Community Transport will be taken to an alternate centre and Meals on Wheels will still be in operation.
Closures:
Tuesday 29th of October: Molesey Centre
Thursday 31st of October: Hersham Centre
Friday 1st of November: Claygate Centre
