Residents in Upper Sunbury Road are being warned to expect traffic disruption, some noise and diversions for buses.
The works are part of a £2.1 million safety project to install 180 metres of barriers alongside Hampton Reservoir.
It’s hoped they’ll reduce the risk of vehicles and debris entering the site in the event of an accident.
