Major track works will see trams through Croydon town centre come to a halt from next weekend.

TfL will begin the essential works from 10pm on Sunday 13th July, with disruption running for two weeks until Monday 28th July.

The works will see around 300m of new track laid between West Croydon and Wellesley Road.

No tram service will serve the town centre during the works, and passengers are advised to use local buses instead.
