When you think of Happy Hour, you probably have a pub or bar in mind.

But a new initiative has launched in Hammersmith and Fulham to help residents socialise.

“Happiness Hours” are being run at Shepherds Bush Library on a weekly basis at the moment with other sites due to be rolled out.

Hammersmith and Fulham Libraries manager, Mandy Charles, explains why the initiative is so important.
