It’s after it was announced two of PC Andrew Harper’s three killers could be freed early, under the scheme to ease jail overcrowding.

The 28 year old officer, who had only been married for a month, died while on duty investigating the theft of a quad bike in Berkshire in 2019.

His mum says it’s an ‘insult’.
