A 16 year old from Cobham and 14 year old from West Molesey were arrested on suspicion of theft of motor vehicle among 3 other offences.
A 16-year-old boy from Dorset was also arrested on suspicion of theft of motor vehicle.
They were all apprehended and taken into custody.
