The PCS union’s balloting its members across the civil service over pay, pensions, and job security.

The Clapham Junction based union is demanding what it calls “an inflation-proofed increase”.

This includes a living wage of £15 an hour and perks like a shorter working week.

The ballot closes on the 13th of May with a decision about strike action expected within days.
