South East Coast Ambulance says it’s pleased to see significant improvements in the annual national NHS Staff Survey.

The service, which works across Surrey, Kent and Sussex, has recorded improvements across all nine areas.

Close to 2,800 members of staff completed the voluntary survey.

62% said they were enthusiastic about their job, which is an increase of 5% on 2022.
