Spelthorne Council is expected to begin work on a new Local Plan, which could shape how the borough grows in the years ahead.

The plan is set to look at where future homes, jobs and infrastructure may be needed, after changes to national planning rules.

It’s understood no decisions have been made on specific development sites and residents and businesses are being invited to have their say.

The consultation runs until 3 August, with feedback expected to help shape the next stage of the plan.
