People in New Malden are being urged to have their say on a proposed new tower block in the high street.

Planning permission has already been given to CNM Estates for the redevelopment of Bar Malden in St George’s Square.

But the company says it wants to add a further three storeys, taking it to around 10 storeys.

The development would include a pub, retail, serviced offices and 70 serviced apartments.

These are properties that available for both short-term and long-term stays.
