To accompany the latest Orleans House Gallery exhibition Saline Shock!, artist Josie Rae Turnbull will be in conversation with science fiction writer Arianne Maki, discussing overlapping themes and concepts in their respective research.
The conversation will revolve around the concept of factual fable, the animal in science fiction and speculative art and storytelling to reflect on contemporary multi-species encounters.
The event will be followed by a Q&A and an opportunity to see the works in the exhibition.
The free event is taking place tomorrow at 2pm, but booking is required.
