A met police officer charged with the murder of Chris Kaba in Streatham Hill has been granted bail after he appeared today at the Old Bailey.
The 24 year-old construction worker died at the wheel of a car last September after a single shot was fired.
The car was not his own and was being followed by an unmarked police car.
The officer was granted anonymity at a previous hearing.
