The figures have been revealed through Parliamentary Questions tabled by Lib Dem MP for Richmond Park, Sarah Olney.
The statistics, which cover items like laptops and hard drives, show 383 devices went missing from the Department of Defence.
The Liberal Democrats are calling for an urgent inquiry to ascertain if any potential data risk has been caused.
