ITV is still in talks with Sky about a potential £1.6 billion takeover of its broadcasting business.

The deal would create a major British streaming and TV giant owned by the US firm Comcast.

ITV also revealed advertising revenues fell 2% in the first three months of the year.

The Sky UK campus is based in Osterley in Isleworth while ITV is based in White City and Manchester.
