Workers are set to gather outside the ICR’s Chelsea laboratories, saying pay rises have not kept up with the rising cost of living.
The union says some staff are only just above the Real Living Wage, while the organisation holds large reserves and its chief executive earns around £400,000.
Unite says members are angry over pay and conditions and will be making their voices heard outside the London site.
