They will protest outside the ICR’s Chelsea laboratories on tomorrow, with workers saying pay rises have not kept up with the cost of living.
The union says some staff are only just above the Real Living Wage, while the organisation has large reserves and its boss earns around £400,000.
Unite says staff are angry over pay and conditions and will be making their voices heard outside the London site.
