University students in Egham have produced a series of recipe videos to help people struggling to create affordable meals.

They form part of Runnymede Cooks which is a year-long campaign aimed at building confidence in the kitchen.

The series by Royal Holloway and Runnymede Borough Council has been funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.

Vegan katsu curry and blackberry bread and butter pudding are among the dishes explored.
