Garden centre group Dobbies is to shut 17 stores in a move which will hit 465 jobs.
The Chiswick and Richmond sites are two that are going.
The proposed closures are part of a restructuring plan to help return the business to profit and reduce its rent bill.
Sites will continue to operate as normal until the plans are given the green light.
