Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters tackled a fire at an industrial unit in Mitcham last night.

The LFB was called to a ground floor office on Ellis Road at 22:42pm, most of it was destroyed but no injuries were reported.

Crews from Mitcham, Wallington and Norbury fire stations brought the fire under control in just over an hour.

The cause of the fire is being investigated by the London Fire Brigade and the Metropolitan Police.
