A 32 year old man was arrested in Guildford on Saturday and transferred to a custody suite in North West London.
A murder investigation was launched after police were called to Shuttleworth Road on the 5th of October to reports of gunshots.
They found 21-year-old Rico Andrews injured, but despite paramedics efforts, he died at the scene.
A post-mortem examination gave the cause of death as a gunshot wound to the chest.
