A 60-year-old man was walking along High Park Road at around 11. 40 am on 17th May when he was punched and fell to the floor.
The man was taken to hospital with serious head injuries.
The assailant is described as white, tall of large build with dark shoulder length hair, he was wearing a blue top and dark trousers.
