Waheguru International in New Addington was prosecuted at Croydon Magistrates Court on 25th March.
The Court heard over two visits by Trading Standards, almost 3700 non-compliant and potentially unsafe vapes were seized.
Waheguru was found guilty of four offences including sales without health warnings displayed and was ordered to pay a total of £7075 in fines.
