Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino says he wants to create “real feelings” between himself and the club’s supporters.

He’s been under pressure due to an inconsistent season but they can still qualify for Europe.

Pochettino takes his team to Brighton tonight before finishing at home to Bournemouth.

He says it’s a positive end to the campaign.
