The fire broke out on Maple Road on Friday night, destroying the roof of a semi-detached house.
It spread, damaging around half the roof of the adjoining property.
There were no reports of injuries, and the fire was extinguished shortly before half past one on Saturday morning.
The fire service believes the blaze was accidental and caused by an electrical fault.
