A special commemorative event will take place at Epsom Market Place later this month.

Epsom & Ewell Refugee Network is marking the second anniversary of the start of the war in Ukraine.

The event will feature a Ukrainian choir, Renaissance, and will be attended by the borough’s Mayor.

The council says the gathering on the 24th “will serve as a poignant reminder of the shared commitment to stand with Ukraine.”
