Kingston Council has asked the owners to stop trading in Manor Park following complaints about noise from a generator.
Owner Barry Fisher say his team has spent around £12,000 kitting out the mobile café and even offered another option to a generator.
A Kingston Council spokesperson says:
We are now looking at options for providing a suitable location in Manor Park for a mobile café with permanent power and facilities.
We hope to have a solution and consultation with residents, park users and the Friends of Manor Park group in the near future.
