38-year-old Jack Shepherd has pleaded guilty to two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and damaging property.
They happened in February and June last year and sparked his recall to prison.
He was originally jailed for 10 years for manslaughter in 2018 over the death of 24-year-old Charlotte Brown.
The speedboat he’d been driving on their first date crashed after hitting a sunken tree near Wandsworth Bridge.
Shepherd skipped his Old Bailey trial while on the run in Georgia, before he was eventually extradited back to the UK.
He was set free on licence in January 2024, but faced recall to prison last year after he was accused of violence towards a woman.
Shepherd will be sentenced in September.
