A collection of Freddie Mercury’s costumes is going on show at the V-and-A in London to mark what would have been his 80th birthday.

The Queen frontman, from Feltham, who died in 1991, often wore flamboyant and creative outfits.

The Splendid Things display celebrates the star’s career through clothing and accessories worn in music videos and performances.
