Croydon Council has prosecuted Chicken World in South Norwood after inspectors found dirty food storage, mouse droppings and unsafe food handling practices.
Director Tharshan Makenthiram was also ordered to pay £3,827.
The Council pursued legal action after the business failed to address serious risks.
