A charity’s warning 30,000 patients a year could lose out on hospice care if more people don’t leave gifts in their wills.

Hospice UK claims the donations bring in £300-million a year.

The ‘This Is Hospice Care’ campaign launched today and brings 143 hospices together to highlight the vital role that gifts in Wills play.

Rebecca Trower is Clinical Director at St Raphael’s in North Cheam which has had to make cuts of over £1 million in the last year.

Speaking to Lucy Mayer last year, she explained the situation is dire.
