1 in 4 children born in Richmond between April 2008 and March 2018 are “insufficiently” protected against MMR.

That’s according to Richmond Council which has published a new report in response to falling rates of childhood vaccinations.

The number of children who have completed their full course of the HPV vaccine is also below target in the borough.

The council worked in partnership with the NHS to produce the report.
