Young musicians in Richmond are being invited to enter a competition celebrating emerging musical talent.

The Basement Door Singer-Songwriter Competition is returning for the first time since before the pandemic.

Entrants can compete for awards for the best cover performance and best original song, with live heats leading to a grand final.

Applications close on the 22nd of September.
