Women across south west London will be able to get the contraceptive pill at their pharmacy from December.

The move means they won’t need to see their GP beforehand.

The roll-out is part of the NHS and government’s primary care access recovery plan.

The aim is to make it quicker and easier for people to access healthcare on their high street.
