Merton Council granted the All-England Club permission to create an 8,000-seater stadium and tennis courts there last month.
But Wandsworth is responsible for the northern part of the park.
The planning committee will vote on the matter next Tuesday.
Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, will then have two weeks to deliver his verdict.
