The bridge has been closed for several months while repairs were carried out to its concrete deck, along with resurfacing and changes to the cycle lanes.
Wandsworth Council says the work was completed weeks ahead of schedule and under budget.
The reopening restores the crossing between Wandsworth and Fulham for drivers, cyclists and pedestrians.
