Two sisters from Croydon are to take on the London to Brighton Cycle Ride to raise money for the London Ambulance Charity.

Paramedic Sam Redman and her twin Lucy will cycle 55 miles to support wellbeing services for frontline ambulance crews.

The pair, both keen sports fans, are completing their first cycling challenge together in September.

Funds raised will help provide support such as wellbeing vehicles, gardens and rest areas for staff.
