The suspects threatened a Superdrug staff member on Station Road with a knife at around 9:30 yesterday morning.
The altercation led to one of the suspects punching the victim before they both fled the scene in a new white Vauxhall Vivaro.
The 24 and 36-year-old men have been arrested on suspicion of robbery.
Police are urging any witnesses to come forward and contact them on 101.
