Landlords of a local GP surgery on Crichton Road have given notice to evict the practice following a property dispute.
Elliot Colburn, MP for Carshalton, and Wallington, believes the closure of the surgery could displace some 4,000 patients.
The landlord’s legal representatives have said that they have offered a new lease of 9 months to allow time for the surgery to relocate.
