Harlequins Women take on Gloucester Hartpury at 2.30 followed by Quins v Gloucester at 5.30pm.
Richmond Council says a number of road closures will be in place before and after the latter match due to the amount of fans attending.
There will also be a new crowd safety barrier on the roads where there have previously been police vans.
This is in line with updated guidance for all stadiums across the UK.
